Our team recently presented two Spirit Life Workshops with the theme “Ripe for the Harvest: Alignment with Your Assignment.” One was in Ohio: the other in Oregon. The title bears the intention of equipping the saints with a firmer confidence in knowing what the Lord wants them to do in this season. It was an amazing time with many hearing from the Lord.

MY DREAM
The Lord continues to punctuate this theme to me in a dream I had on November 14, 2023, which was just a couple of days after the Workshop in Oregon. The dream had two parts. In the first part, I was with a group in an area awaiting access through a very high-security area. There were walls of barbed wire all around. My mother, who tends to represent the Holy Spirit in my dreams, was with me. The next security door clicked open. As I began to approach the door, I saw my mother holding back. I remained with my mom as the access door closed. (Thank You, Lord!) The next scene was in a large open space resembling a large school gymnasium where I was able to fly around the room. I knew I was around many creative people in this space. There was a large marine mammal and a baby there. Water was only around those mammals that needed it and had no container but moved with the mammal with just enough for the mammal as it floated around the room. There are many symbols here like the baby (ministry birthing), but the big picture was the contrast of the barbed wire area vs an easy flow in the large area.

INTERPRETATION
As I began to pray for the Lord to interpret the dream, the Lord provided me a scripture. This happens so sweetly as I hear “Isaiah 49:7”: “This is what the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, Israel’s Holy One says, To the thoroughly despised One, To the One hated by the nation To the Servant of rulers, “Kings will see and arise, Princes shall also bow down, Because of the LORD who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel who has chosen You.”
As I meditated upon this scripture, I began to hear more from the Lord.
“Allow Me to show you those places to go. My Holy Spirit is with you, and I am in you to guide you. Present yourself before Me to be shown those assignments. When in a place, remember to ask Me to guide you. I was there in the gym scene and holding back at the barbed gate.”

INTERPRETATION USING PRAYER LANGUAGE/TONGUES
In the last Spirit Life Workshop, Pastor George Medellin led meditating scriptures while speaking in tongues. This bore fruit for us as well as journaling the Lord’s interpretation, as Dr. Patty Sadallah affirmed while we were reading the scripture in our head while speaking in tongues, the Lord interpreted. Applying this to Isaiah 49:17, the Lord continued to affirm that He will equip His children as they move in obedience to those things He has anointed for us to do.
As we continue on about our day, let the Lord guide our steps as in Psalm 37:23: “The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him;” May we arise -each day – and shine – each day – in our faith and declare – each day – that the day belongs to the Lord. May we be fully submitted- each moment – to Him and to know – every moment – He has chosen us and will guide us – Always – TO and THROUGH our true assignments.

I encourage you to seek the Lord as in Isaiah 49:7 and to ask the Lord to guide your steps as in Psalm 37:23. Also, seek the wisdom of good counsel as in Proverbs 11:14.
