Listening Recommendation – Dr. Berg

What are you reading these days?  There is so much information out there.  The purpose of this area of my blog is to recommend best books, audio, and video.  I will share why I like it and what I learned.  Then, I will provide a link to learn more.

As the saying goes, be careful little eyes what you see and be careful little ears what you hear.  Use your discernment and ask the Holy Spirit to witness to you about everything.  This post is my own observations.  Do your own research.  Blessings.

 

This week’s recommendation is fairly well known.  Dr. Berg has been posting videos and selling supplements for many years.  Sometimes, he uses the whiteboard to walk you through the information.  He leans to using natural supplements vs big pharma.  I have followed Dr. Berg for about five years and not found a faulty post.  I have purchased some of his products before and find that he takes great care to make sure the ingredients are of good quality.

One of the most heavily emphasized vitamins Dr. Berg emphasizes is the need to take MORE Vitamin D than what is recommended by doctors.  He shares this is numerous videos to show value in this for menopausal women, hair loss, double chin, those on blood pressure medication, and much much more.  I began to ramp up my Vitamin D during the pandemic taking 20,000-30,000 Ius per had.  It is absolutely amazing the natural energy and refreshing I feel when I take Vitamin D.  There was no big jolt effect, but clarity, more movement, and just that ability to get through the day.
