Fret and Fret is a timely and encouraging message from In All Things Ministries for anyone who has been wrestling with worry, agitation, or inner unrest.
Rooted in Psalm 37, this message explores the difference between harmful fretting and what Dr. Michelle Kirby describes as the right fret – a redirection of the heart into worship, trust, stillness, and delight in the Lord.
In a season when so many people are carrying stress in mind, body, and emotions, this word is a fresh invitation to come out of striving and return to the presence of God. Fretting only brings harm, but the Lord calls His people to trust Him, commit their way to Him, and wait patiently in His peace.
In this message, you will be encouraged to:
- recognize the spiritual and emotional impact of fretting
- return to God’s Word for stability and perspective
- embrace worship as a response to worry
- receive God’s peace in deeper ways
- allow your heart, mind, and nervous system to come under His calming presence
