    PROTOCOL/TREAT THREE THINGS:

    1. VIRUS – Ivermectin – uses exclusively – is the ONLY anti-drug to reduce and prevent replication
    Dosage: 4 doses over 2 days. 12mg dose for adults each dose – total 48mg over 2 days – 7AM and 5PM – EMPTY STOMACH –
    IMPORTANT: TAKE 2 HOURS BEFORE FOOD. This ensures the medication gets into the lungs and does not involve the gut. Is
    needed in lungs and in the blood. No one infective to family after Day 1-4. Can mix with family 24 hours after last
    dose.2 doses per day over 2 days – begin within 48 hours of the cytokine storm.
    2. ANTI INFLAMMATORY – Colchicine – works in 100% of cases as anti-inflammatory tablet – 4 tablets STAT on first day and
    daily Days 2-4, 1mg I morning and ½ mg at night – is fiery dart against covid –
    3. ANTI CLOTTING – Plavix – was using aspirin but found it was not working as well

    Also,
    *Vitamin D – oral or injection – early phases Days 1-4 take 60,000 IUs daily
    *Can use steroids as a help with colchicine
    ===========================================================================
    PATEINTS SHOULD EAT A Soft food diet:
    Dallin rice
    Legume
    Soups, especially yellow pumpkin soup (best to have)
    Yogurt, curd
    Fluids – lime juice
    No meats – only eggs – meats difficult to manage in Covid
    ===========================================================================
    Days 4-5-6-7 measure pulse, temp, and pulse ox 4 times a day. Days 4-5 if not treated yet, can get same medicine protocols as earlier days but measure vitals more. O2 reading 85-95 pulse ox. If fall below 85 at night, go to hospital. 85 in the daytime, even 70, and 60, can keep them home but measure.
    If deteriorating – old virus vs. variants – up to day 7, what seeing not in Days 8 and on, seeing accelerated clotting. High scores in lungs. CT scan score of 9-12, will drop down to 20 in the next 24-48 hours. Does not know if variant or care given/drugs. Still observing and seeing more accelerated clotting. 10,12,15 is standard result of CT clotting score. Don’t know if its due to accelerated clotting in variant or not. If they are SPO2 is like 85, may get dexylmetazone but MOST IMPORTANTLY, MAKE THEM WALK. And most patients have succeeded. Walk all night.
    Closer to Day 8 – check every 2-3 hours
    Days 8-10 – keep taking all meds but, more importantly, MAKE THEM WALK
    Set an alarm every 3 hours. If you do properly, air in the back of lungs get opened up.
    WHEN YOU LIE DOWN DURING THE DAY, LIE ON YOUR STOMACH. AT NIGHT, NORMAL IS OK BUT DO PRONING DURING THE DAY. Mobility is key. Get air to back of the lungs.
    Sometimes injection vitamin B – Days 8-10, maybe iron too and seems to turn around patient
